KindArt reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to pricing errors. Please note that online rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment method
In the KindArt online store, you can pay for products with a credit card. The payer and the recipient do not have to be the same.

Confidentiality
The seller names the buyer in full confidentiality regarding all the information that the buyer provides in connection with the transaction. Information from the buyer will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.

Shipments
Domestically, we usually ship the product by mail within three business days. Orders are distributed by Íslandspóstur and Íslandspóstur’s delivery, warranty and transport terms apply to the delivery of the product. According to this, KindArt is not responsible for any damage that may occur to a product in transit. If the product is damaged from the time it is sent from the KindArt online store until it reaches the recipient, the damage is the responsibility of the carrier.

Value added tax
Paintings are by law exempt from VAT and the prices are therefore the final price without VAT.

Refunds and returns
There is a 14-day return period on KindArt products and a refund within three working days of return.

Disagreement
If a dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of these transactions or due to violations of them, the matter in question may be referred to the Complaints Committee for Services and Liquidity Purchasing at the Consumer Agency. If all else fails, a case may be brought before the District Court of Vesturland according to the provisions of Act no. 91/1991.
