Ólavsøkan 1943 . The newspaper of the Faroese Association in Reykjavík with articles and poems by both Icelandic and Faroese people. There are poems and rhymes about the teacher Aðalstein Sigmundsson and the poet Símun av Skarði by Jóhannes úr Kötlum, together with a picture of them together. The paper was published at the founding of the Faroe Islands Association on Ólav’s Vigil Day, 29 July 1943. It is wire bound and its size is 27.7 X 21 cm, 30 pages. and cover.
